• 1974 Second Prize, New England Flower Show for a Japanese Garden
  
• 1974 Sears Roebuck Award (third prize) for beautification of Ferry Lane Park
  
• 1974 Bay State Award VII for the Club's Standard Flower Show "Flowers in Boston" at P.R.S.
  
• 1975 Northern District Environmental Improvement Award for Ferry Lane Park
  
• 1975 Award for Merit from the Northern District to the Club for the Club¹s Slides of the Herb Garden at the Historical Society's Hill House
  
• 1977 The President¹s Bowl, XXI, for Ferry Lane Park, the best Civic Development Program
  
• 1977 The Mary E. Lewis Conservation of Natural Resources Tray Award for Ferry Lane Park.
  A Silver Tray was presented at the N.E.Regional Meeting to the Club for the best work in acquiring, preserving and developing a natural resource.
  
• 1981 The Margaret Bent Patterson Bowl presented to five Merrimac Valley Clubs working together on a standard flower show.
  
• 1990 Club of Distinction Award presented by the Garden Club Federation of Massachusetts
  
• 1998 Town of West Newbury Citizen of the Year Award
  
• 1999 N.E. Spring Flower Show, Honorable Mention for 2001 Functional Buffet Table Design
  
• 2002 N.E. Spring Flower Show, Third Place in Judged Federation Club competition "Spring Break"
  
• 2003 Lifetime Achievement Award presented to Beatrice Ropes from the Northern District of the GCF of MA
  
• Katherine Suozzo Award presented to Nancy Perkins for her expertise in the field of horticulture from the Northern District of the GCF of MA
